How do you work as a Therapist?

As your therapist I believe it is important to begin by creating a space where you feel safe, valued, and accepted. I believe in approaching my clients with Empathy, fully accepting of the experiences my clients come to my office to explore. during our time together we will collaborate on attainable goals. These goals often include gaining insight into our values , recognizing how themes of shame have impacted our overall well-being, and working towards your ideal self.

How long will the process take?

The length of time for therapy varies depending on the individuals goals and needs. Whats most important is for clients to recognize that they are worthy of going through this process. As we work towards a healthier and happier tomorrow, individuals begin to see improvements in many areas of their lives. We will begin to see an increase in energy, improved connection to their community and family, and most importantly; a sense of purpose and an understanding of who they are.

In the end though, the length of therapy will always be for the client to decide.

How do I schedule an appointment?

you can schedule a "meet and greet" appointment by emailing me at ReneeRugileLMFT@gmail.com

Will my health insurance cover therapy?

Many health insurance plans pay for a certain number of mental health visits, but they may only pay for services provided by in-network providers. Call your insurance company and ask if Renee Rugile LMFT #551, is an in-network provider. If she is not, ask your insurance company about out-of-network benefits that you can utilize for her mental health services.  Most insurance companies have deductibles, co-payments, and limited mental health coverage. I will do my best to be aware of these payments from you and keep you informed of any changes.  Please inform me right away if your health insurance changes

What happens in our first appointment?

I encourage individuals to come to this meeting with any questions they may have about the process of therapy. The goal during these 15minutes is to ensure that we will be a good fit for each other. As the clinician, it is an honor for me to have the opportunity to go on this journey with you and I want to make sure that I am the one that can provide you with the support you are worthy of.

Not every clinician is for every person, if we find that this might not be a good fit, we will explore other resources that might be beneficial for your care.

There is no charge for the meet and greet session.
