Getting to know Renee Rugile
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I am committed to supporting you on your journey to finding peace, developing meaningful connections, and reaching your fullest potential.

You have become-

  • Burnt out from  sacrificing your own needs and prioritizing others, leading to an endless cycle of self doubt and  criticism.

  • Overwhelmed with self doubt, unhappy with your life's direction due to a recent life transition and change.

  • The care giver of an adolescent who is struggling with managing intense emotions including anger, shame, depression, and/or anxiety.

  • In need of parenting support. You find that you are often reactive and erratic to your child's intense emotions and behaviors. You miss having patience and connection towards your child.

Working with me means working as a team. I believe in meeting my clients exactly where they are in their journey. I respect  your courage and willingness to begin therapy, which is why there is an emphasis on creating a safe and non judgmental space for you to tell your truth and work towards your ideal self.

My therapeutic approach includes re-discovering strengths, increasing awareness towards ourselves and our emotions, and reconnecting with your personal values. I integrate a myriad of relevant complementary techniques ensuring treatment is tailored to address your specific concerns and needs. Together we work on developing tools to help us weather the storms that come in life.

While therapy is important to you, I recognize you are juggling many other responsibilities which is why I offer flexible scheduling, including afternoon and weekend appointments. All of my sessions are virtual, which means they can be done from the comfort of your own home.

Today you are doing the best you can with the tools and experience you have, but you know you are worthy of a life worth living. Together we can work towards reconnecting with yourself, leading to a life full of self compassion and grace.

Change is difficult but inevitable. I look forward to working with you to achieve your desired goals and to work towards a healthier and happier tomorrow.
